San Bernardino Sup. Joe Baca accused of bullying, sexism by ex-staffer

Former district director Sonja Pang has accused San Bernardino County Supervisor Joe Baca Jr. of creating a toxic workplace where she was harassed, underpaid compared to male counterparts, and subjected to inappropriate behavior. Baca denies the allegations and claims to have always treated staff with respect. Pang has filed a tort claim against the county, alleging retaliation, abusive behavior, and unfair treatment, with plans to sue soon.
