The attack in Ternivka was described as a “cynical and targeted” act against energy sector workers, with the victims being employees of energy firm DTEK. This incident follows other strikes in Zaporizhzhia, as tensions remain high amid ongoing negotiations for a potential ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. The second round of trilateral talks is set to take place in Abu Dhabi this week.
