Premier1 has commenced 3,700 meters of reverse circulation drilling at its Mt Kersey gold prospect in Western Australia’s Yalgoo greenstone belt, following its full acquisition of the Yalgoo gold project. The drilling targets a large hydrothermal system that has seen little prior exploration, with promising high-grade rock samples indicating potential. The program, supported by government contributions, aims to enhance the project’s resources, including a 13,000-ounce starter resource at Wadgingarra. Premier1 is positioned for significant discoveries amid growing interest in the area from major producers.
