Police conduct search along banks of Detroit River in Windsor

Windsor police, along with the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit, conducted a search under the ice in the Detroit River near the Ambassador Bridge. The recent cold weather allowed police to deploy an underwater robotic search device into the frozen river. Details about the search were limited, and both the Windsor Police Service and Ontario Provincial Police have not yet provided further information.
