New England Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barmore, 26, is facing a domestic-assault charge from an August incident involving his then-girlfriend, who alleged he assaulted her during an argument. A criminal complaint was filed on December 16, and Barmore is set to be arraigned on February 3, just before the Super Bowl. This incident follows another report of assault charges against Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs. Both the Patriots and the NFL are aware of the allegations but have declined to comment further.
