The Urban Ruins Projects NPO, founded by Clayton Viljoen, offers workshops to teach people how to grow oyster mushrooms, highlighting their nutritional value and health benefits, such as lowering cholesterol and supporting the immune system. The workshops will be held on October 26 and November 16 and 30, costing R450 per person and helping sustain the organisation and community.
