The Healthy Living Alliance (HEALA) held a conference to address the sustainability of the National School Nutrition Programme (NSNP) amidst budget cuts, with over 300 delegates emphasizing the importance of collaboration. Concerns were raised about the impact of austerity measures on providing nutritious meals to 9 million children in South African schools.
