North Shore landlord charged after allegedly bulldozing residence with tenants inside

A landlord drove heavy machinery into a residence with tenants inside during a dispute at 18 Locust St. in Salisbury on Sept. 14, according to officials. Police were called at 5:45 p.m. after the altercation turned physical. Authorities also reported seizing weapons from the landlord.
