An incoming nor’easter is expected to bring high winds, heavy rainfall, and significant snowfall to parts of the Maritimes from Tuesday evening to Wednesday afternoon. Wind gusts could reach 70 to 90 km/h, leading to possible power outages and travel disruptions. Inland areas, particularly in northern Nova Scotia and parts of P.E.I. and New Brunswick, may see 15 to 30 cm of heavy wet snow. A yellow rainfall warning has been issued for Shelburne and Yarmouth counties, with snowfall warnings for several others.
