NATO and Ukraine to hold emergency talks after Russia's attack with new missile

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with military officials to discuss the recent attack on a military facility in Ukraine using an experimental hypersonic ballistic missile. Putin warned the West that Russia has developed a new missile system, the Oreshnik, which is powerful and capable of causing significant damage. He stated that testing of the missile will continue and that it could be used in combat if necessary. Putin and other Russian officials emphasized that the missile, even with conventional warheads, could have a devastating impact similar to nuclear weapons. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov blamed Western countries for escalating tensions by supplying weapons to Ukraine.
