Investigation into Missing Children

In May 2025, four-year-old Jack Sullivan and six-year-old Lily Sullivan were reported missing from their rural Nova Scotia home. Their mother, Malehya Brooks-Murray, alleged physical abuse by her ex-partner Daniel Martell, who denied such claims but admitted to conflicts over finances. Despite extensive searches by the RCMP, including the use of cadaver dogs, no trace of the children has been found. The investigation remains ongoing as police continue to pursue numerous tips related to their disappearance.
