Former Sail Canada high-performance director Mike Milner has been suspended for four months under the national Abuse-Free Sport Program for Aiding and Abetting, Neglect, and Psychological Maltreatment following an independent investigation. His sanction was posted on January 8, and he is no longer associated with Sail Canada, having left the organization in September 2024. The registry, which is transitioning from the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner to Sport Integrity Canada, tracks individuals subject to sanctions under the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport.
