Disgraced pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli faces a lawsuit for allegedly making copies of the Wu-Tang Clan’s exclusive album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. While some claims by the album’s owners, PleasrDAO, were dismissed, the court will proceed with the suit regarding "misappropriation of trade secrets" due to the album’s secretive nature and its economic value.
