Blue Origin Launches TeraWave Satellite Internet at 6 Tbps

Blue Origin has announced TeraWave, an enterprise-focused satellite internet network designed to deliver speeds of up to 6 Tbps through a constellation of 5,408 satellites in low- and medium-Earth orbit, with deployments starting in late 2027. The network will utilize RF connectivity for low-Earth orbit satellites, achieving 144 Gbps, while medium-Earth orbit satellites will employ optical links for higher speeds. The initiative targets businesses needing faster, more reliable internet access with enhanced scalability.
