In Manipur, a gunfight between two Naga community groups resulted in four deaths and 20 injuries, with firearms looted from a police station being recovered. Efforts are ongoing to retrieve the remaining weapons, including pistols, INSAS rifles, and AK-47 rifles, with security forces ensuring the situation is under control.
