Love Actually Creator Richard Curtis Is Done With Directing

Richard Curtis has made it clear he won’t be returning to directing anytime soon, despite his success with films like Bridget Jones’s Diary and Love Actually. In a recent interview, he stated that he has no plans to get back in the director’s chair. His upcoming project, the animated comedy That Christmas, co-written with Peter Souter and featuring Sir Brian Cox as Santa Claus, will be released on Netflix. Curtis joked about possibly making a movie set on his street, as he enjoys the idea of filming in his own home.
