Asda is recalling two children’s toys, the Stretcherz ‘Stretch’ and ‘Slammers’ figures, due to concerns they may contain traces of asbestos. The recall follows the discovery of a sand-like material inside the toys, although no harm has been reported. Customers who purchased these toys between January 2024 and February 2026 are urged to return them for a full refund, as asbestos should not be present in any amount.
