The driver, Jye Cooper, 36, faces multiple charges, including failing to stop and dangerous driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. As Ms. Naughton undergoes surgeries and rehabilitation for her extensive injuries, Cooper is scheduled to appear in court in July.
