Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong announced findings from a joint study on energy connectivity with the US will guide the creation of a proposed regional power grid in Southeast Asia. The study focused on renewable energy infrastructure and regional connectivity, with plans for the ASEAN Power Grid. ASEAN and US leaders also released a statement on promoting safe, secure, and trustworthy artificial intelligence during the summit in Vientiane.
