Jannik Sinner: Italian banned for three months for doping

World number one Jannik Sinner has accepted a three-month ban from tennis after settling with Wada over two positive drug tests, allowing him to play in the French Open in May. Wada accepted Sinner’s explanation of inadvertent contamination by his physiotherapist, acknowledging he did not intend to cheat. Sinner will miss key tournaments but can resume training in April.
