IndiQube Spaces Limited, a managed workplace solutions provider, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO to raise Rs 750 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares and Rs 100 crore via an OFS by its promoters. Established in 2015, the company aims to transform office spaces with sustainable and tech-driven solutions, managing 103 centers across 13 cities and catering to a diverse clientele. The funds raised will be used for new center establishments, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes, with ICICI Securities Limited and JM Financial Limited as the book-running lead managers for the IPO.
