Adrian Orr considers legal action against critic Michael Reddell
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Former Reserve Bank Governor Adrian Orr has threatened legal action against critic Michael Reddell over a September article discussing his resignation. Orr’s lawyer demanded that both the London-based publication Central Banking and Reddell remove the article, labeling it defamatory. Both parties complied by taking down the piece but did not issue apologies as requested. Central Banking noted the removal was due to a review that found parts of the article did not meet editorial standards.
