Storm Uriah Constable-Carter was sentenced to five years and five months in prison at the Nelson District Court for severe offenses against children, described by investigators from the Department of Internal Affairs as among the most extreme encountered. He previously expressed a desire to be a “famous child sex offender” and mentioned notorious offenders known for abusing toddlers as his inspiration.
