At least four people, including two children, were killed when a high-speed train collided with a minibus carrying special needs children at a closed railway crossing in Buggenhout, Belgium. The minibus, which had nine occupants, reportedly drove through closed barriers during the morning rush hour. The train was traveling at approximately 120 kph and could not brake in time. Five children were seriously injured and hospitalized, while none of the estimated 100 train passengers were harmed.
