Prisoner Escapes After Mistaken Release from HMP Wandsworth

A 24-year-old Algerian prisoner was mistakenly released from HMP Wandsworth in London on October 29, just days after another prisoner, migrant sex offender Hadush Kebatu, was released in error from HMP Chelmsford.
