Firefighters make progress on Southern California wildfires

Cooling weather on Saturday aided firefighters in their fight against three large Southern California wildfires, which have burned over 100,000 acres, displaced residents, and destroyed homes. The largest blaze, the Bridge fire, has consumed nearly 53,000 acres in the San Gabriel Mountains, forcing evacuations in Mount Baldy Village and Mountain High ski resort. Thousands have been affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties.
