The FBI is investigating an “act of terrorism” in New Orleans after a man drove a pick-up truck into a crowd, killing 10 and injuring 35. The suspect, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, had ties to Isis and military experience, with explosive devices found in his vehicle. President Biden and President-elect Trump both condemned the attack, with New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell calling it a “terrorist attack” and urging prayers for the victims.
