Embassy Office Parks REIT has raised Rs 2,000 crore debt at an interest rate of 7.95% to repay non-convertible debentures maturing in October 2024. The proceeds from this debt raise will be used specifically to repay NCDs of the same amount. This move was disclosed in a regulatory filing by Embassy REIT on Tuesday.
