‘Deeply disturbing’: Turkish-American woman ‘shot in the head’ by Israeli forces

Israeli troops have reportedly killed Turkish-American woman Aysenur Ezgi Eygi during a protest against settlement expansion in the West Bank. Palestinian and Turkish officials stated that the 26-year-old activist was shot in the head. Israel’s military claimed they fired towards a “main instigator” who was throwing rocks at soldiers.
