Last November, major music stars, including Damon Albarn and The Libertines’ Carl Barat, gathered at Abbey Road to record a charity album for Warchild, with Pulp members also present. The album features contributions from notable indie rock acts like Wet Leg, Foals, and Wolf Alice, totaling 23 tracks recorded across five studios. Collaborations included Graham Coxon playing with Olivia Rodrigo and Jarvis Cocker integrating impromptu vocals into a new Pulp song. The atmosphere was lively, with children capturing the moments on handheld cameras as they awaited Rodrigo’s arrival.
