African Football Awards Highlights

Achraf Hakimi of Paris St-Germain and Morocco was named Men’s Player of the Year, while Ghizlaine Chebbak of Al-Hilal and Morocco took the Women’s Player of the Year title. Bubista from Cape Verde was awarded Men’s Coach of the Year, and Yassine Bonou, also from Morocco, received Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year. The awards further recognized Morocco’s Under-20 team as Men’s National Team of the Year, with Nigeria’s women’s team receiving the equivalent honor.
