Canada Post presents union with ‘framework’ to reach deal, end strike

The union has not responded immediately to the framework. The strike, now over two weeks old, is impacting Christmas deliveries as negotiations continue, with a complaint filed over layoffs and mediation efforts suspended by the Federal Labour Minister.
