Swedish man charged over 2015 killing of Jordanian pilot burned alive by IS

Swedish authorities have charged Osama Krayem, a 32-year-old convicted terrorist, with war and terrorism crimes related to the 2015 killing of Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh, who was burned to death by ISIS. Krayem, already serving a 30-year sentence for his involvement in the 2015 Paris attacks and the Brussels attacks, has previously denied the charges, with his trial set to begin on June 4. The prosecution alleges that Krayem, along with others, forcibly placed the pilot in a cage before setting it ablaze, leading to his death.
