Brunei sultan in KL hospital for ‘fatigue’

Brunei’s Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah was hospitalized at the National Heart Institute in Kuala Lumpur due to fatigue during the ASEAN summit, as confirmed by Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim. The 78-year-old sultan, who arrived in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, was seen looking weary but in good spirits before the summit, where leaders discussed various regional issues. The National Heart Institute is designated for VIP care during the ASEAN meetings, and the sultan’s hospitalization occurred between ASEAN-GCC and ASEAN-GCC-China summit sessions.
