A 62-year-old British man was arrested at the Denia ferry port in Spain after police discovered over seven kilos of cocaine hidden in a specially modified compartment of his car. He was attempting to board a ferry to the Balearic Islands when the drugs were found during a routine inspection. This incident follows another recent arrest at the same port involving a different British man caught with a similar amount of cocaine. The Civil Guard is continuing investigations into the origins and intended destination of the drugs.
