Gunshots were heard near the central prison in Conakry, Guinea, with unclear details on the shooters or cause. Witnesses reported rapid gunfire lasting over half an hour, prompting a security detail to block access to the prison. An armoured vehicle belonging to special forces was also seen at the scene.
