Windows 11, initially a cosmetic overhaul of Windows 10, has seen a substantial redesign of its Start menu in a recent beta build by tester phantomofearth. The new Start menu features larger pinned apps display, up to two rows of eight apps, with the ability to expand and show a scrollable list of installed apps. Users can choose to view apps by category for a more space-efficient option and can also turn off the “Recommended” section to display a full list of all installed apps.
