A former Conn’s store at 45 Hotel Circle NE in Albuquerque will be transformed into The Picklr, a pickleball club, after Premier Pickleball LLC signed a 10-year lease. This will be New Mexico’s first The Picklr, featuring 12 indoor courts, three outdoor courts, and various amenities, with construction expected to begin in June and a completion goal for November. Premier Pickleball also plans to open additional locations in the West Side, Santa Fe, and Las Cruces, as part of the rapidly growing pickleball franchise established in 2021.
