US military reports 200 troops injured amid escalating conflict with Iran

The number of US troops wounded in the conflict with Iran has increased to approximately 200, with the majority suffering minor injuries. Central Command reported that 180 of the injured have returned to duty, while ten sustained serious injuries. Since the conflict began on February 28, 13 US troops have been killed. Iranian attacks have targeted military bases, diplomatic missions, and energy infrastructure across multiple countries in the region.
