Animal rights extremist wanted for U.S. bombings caught in Wales after more than 20 years on the run

Animal rights extremist Daniel Andreas San Diego, believed to be responsible for bombings in Northern California in 2003, was captured in Wales by authorities after more than two decades on the run. San Diego is linked to two bombings targeting biotech and nutritional companies due to their involvement in animal experiments. No injuries were reported in the blasts, and FBI Director Christopher Wray emphasized that violence is not an acceptable means of expressing views. Novartis AG, the company that acquired Chiron Corp., and Shaklee Corp., the nutritional company targeted, have not commented on the arrests.
