Sphere Entertainment is planning to construct a second U.S. Sphere in National Harbor, Maryland, featuring a 6,000-seat “mini-Sphere” that will showcase the same LED exterior and immersive technology as the Las Vegas venue. This compact venue will include a high-resolution wrap-around screen, advanced sound systems, and 4D effects, enhancing audience experiences similar to those in Las Vegas. National Harbor, located along the Potomac River, currently hosts various amenities, making it a prime location for this innovative entertainment space. The smaller Sphere aims to maintain the artistic flair that characterizes the original, while being one of the first mini-Sphere projects announced.
