Honda and Volkswagen also claim 2025 NACTOY awards

The Ford Ranger was named truck of the year at the Detroit Auto Show by NACTOY for 2025, with the Honda Civic Hybrid winning car of the year and the Volkswagen ID.Buzz microbus taking home utility vehicle of the year. The awards, judged by 50 automotive journalists, recognized vehicles on the cutting edge of technology, styling, and value. Ford’s win marks the fifth consecutive year they have been nominated for truck of the year, while Honda has claimed the car of the year title three times in the past four years.
