Hole-in-one report: Brothers share celebration at McCall Lake Par-3

In a rare feat, Malcolm and Stewart Rennie, both in their early 70s, each scored their first hole-in-one within an hour at the City of Calgary’s McCall Lake Par-3 Course, reflecting on how their late father would have reacted to their achievement. Malcolm, a retired teacher, made his ace with a nine-iron from 101 yards, while Stewart, a former trustee, sunk his shot with a pitching wedge from 86 yards out. Additionally, Bob Anderson, Hyun Chul Choi, Colin Stallknecht, Rita Huysmans, Richard Poncsak, and Hieng Au also achieved hole-in-ones at various courses, showcasing their impressive golfing skills in a memorable season.
