Arthur Griffiths among those named in illegal-securities investigation

Former Vancouver Canucks owner Arthur Griffiths is part of a group of investors in global cannabis company RoccaVerde Wellness Corporation facing allegations of illegally distributing securities. The B.C. Securities Commission claims RoccaVerde illegally distributed securities without filing a prospectus, receiving $316,000 in proceeds. Griffiths, along with two other directors, are under investigation, along with two other companies associated with RoccaVerde.
