B.C. judge orders home returned to victim in shocking elder abuse case

In a disturbing case, an elderly woman in North Vancouver gave half title to her condo while enduring severe physical, emotional, and psychological abuse from a controlling individual. This abuse resulted in her being isolated from her family, friends, neighbors, home, property, and significant savings. The extent of control exerted over her life was so complete that it deprived her of essential aspects of her well-being and autonomy.
