Former San Gabriel Valley teacher indicted on child porn charges

Former elementary school teacher Steven Pilar, 47, from La Puente, has been charged with two counts of receiving child pornography and two counts of possession. He was indicted in July, arrested in Las Vegas, and ordered jailed without bond. Pilar was scheduled for arraignment on a federal grand jury indictment in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A. on Friday.
