Shire of Pingelly Leadership Reelection

An experienced team will lead the Shire of Pingelly following the re-elections of President Jackie McBurney, Deputy President Peter Wood, and Councillor Bryan Hotham, alongside newcomers Dani Summers and Robert Howell. McBurney, who received 177 first-preference votes, was re-elected unopposed as president. The election, held on October 18, saw a voter turnout of 39.95% with 362 of 906 eligible voters participating. The newly elected councillors will serve until October 20, 2029, while Howell will serve a two-year term.
