The man accused of stabbing three individuals during the Light Up Chinatown! festival in Vancouver on September 10, 2023, has pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated assault. Blair Donnelly was on unescorted leave from the B.C. Forensic Psychiatric Hospital at the time of the incident.
