Dead fish, unusual odors, and a copper tinge in the Kaministiquia River have been reported near the Neste boat launch, attributed to an effluent leak from the Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper mill, as confirmed by Ontario’s Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
