Ariel Lukaniuk reports that renovations at a neighboring row house have allowed raccoons to enter her bedroom walls, yet her complaints to the city have yielded no results. The city acknowledges the issue and states that the neighbor is taking measures to remove the raccoons. Despite these assurances, Lukaniuk remains concerned about the ongoing presence of the animals in her home.
